Build it. Sell it. Do it again.

A 12-week live cohort for indie builders who want a micro-SaaS that earns on the side — and sells when the time is right. Not a startup. Not a second job. A small, profitable product you own.

You want a product that earns while you sleep — not a second full-time job AI means anyone can build anything — the hard part is building the right thing for the right people You have no idea how to validate demand before you spend months building You want to sell eventually but don't know what makes a micro-SaaS acquirable

A micro-SaaS is a small, focused software product built by one person to solve one problem. It earns without your constant involvement. You keep your job, your consulting work, your life — and build something on the side that pays and eventually sells.

AI has removed the build barrier. Anyone can ship an app now. The hard part is everything else: finding a problem people actually have, validating demand before you build, getting your first 10 paying users, and packaging the thing to sell. That's what this cohort covers.

Not a startup accelerator — no pitch decks, no investors, no scale narrative
Not about quitting your job or going all-in
Not a coding bootcamp — you need to be able to ship something
Not generic advice — every session works on your actual product
Not theory — five real exits, all built solo, most under six months
What you leave with

Twelve weeks of execution. One exit-ready product.

  • A validated problem with evidence it exists in the wild
  • A live landing page that collected real demand signals
  • A working MVP built to exactly what was promised
  • At least 3 paying users before you finish
  • A pricing page and one-page asset summary
  • A shortlist of buyers and a plan to approach them
Who this is for

Developers, designers, and operators

You can build things — or direct AI to build them. You want to own a product, not just work on someone else's.

People with a day job or clients

You're not looking to quit. You want a product that earns on the side with minimal ongoing maintenance.

Founders building toward exit

You want to build something small, get it earning, and sell it — not grow a team or raise money.

Repeat builders who want a system

You've shipped things before but never got to a clean exit. You want a repeatable process, not a one-off.

Not for

Post-PMF founders or those already running a structured growth team. This cohort works at the zero-to-sellable layer, not the scaling layer.

The founding cohort rate reflects a first run priced for founders who are willing to give honest feedback in exchange for direct access. It will not repeat at this price. For someone who builds and sells even one small product, this pays back many times over.

Common questions
No. Launch MBA is an independent practical education programme. It is not an accredited MBA degree or university qualification. The name reflects the practical, business-school-quality rigour of the content — taught by someone who has delivered entrepreneurship education at MBA level at Surrey Business School — not a formal academic credential.
Sessions are live and the peer dynamic is core to the format — hot seats only work with a room. All sessions are recorded so you never permanently miss content if life gets in the way.
You need to be able to ship something — but that no longer means writing code from scratch. The cohort covers AI-assisted build tools (Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, v0) that let non-developers build working products. If you can direct a builder or use these tools yourself, you're fine.
You get the recording. The fortnightly cadence means you have two weeks between sessions to catch up before the next one. The cohort is sequential but the pace is designed to be achievable alongside existing work.
No. Session one covers finding and validating a problem from scratch using social listening tools. You can arrive with an idea, a half-built product, or nothing — all three are workable starting points.
No. The cohort starts at problem validation and builds toward exit. Revenue is not a prerequisite — active building intent is.
Full refund if requested before the cohort start date. After the first session, no refunds are issued. If the cohort is cancelled by Launch MBA, a full refund is provided.
VAT may apply depending on your location and circumstances. The £797 is the base programme fee — VAT status will be confirmed at the payment stage.
The cohort is selected for fit, not credentials. The ideal applicant is actively building, has a specific problem they're working on, and wants to own and sell a product — not grow a company. Founders who want general startup coaching are unlikely to be a good match.
Applications are reviewed manually within 48 hours. If there's a potential fit, you'll be invited to a 20-minute call with Travis. Acceptance and payment follow from there.
